Madera County, Influenza Vaccination Requirement for Healthcare Workers, effective each yearly influenza season (Nov. 1 to March 31) as of Nov. 1, 2022 until it is rescinded, superseded or amended.
Pasadena City, 2023 Health Care COVID-19 Vaccination Order, Mandatory Annual Influenza Immunization Program for Health Care Personnel, effective Nov. 1, 2023 and each yearly influenza season (Nov. 1 to April 30) until it is rescinded, superseded or amended.

San Joaquin County, Influenza Vaccination of All Health-Care Workers (HCW) During Flu Season, effective yearly each influenza season (Nov. 1 through April 30) as of Sept. 30, 2021.
San Luis Obispo County, Mandatory Influenza and COVID-19 Vaccination of Health Care Workers, effective each influenza season starting Nov. 1 to April 30 of the following year, unless amended or rescinded.
