Local dental societies are teaming up with the ADA once again for the annual Give Kids A Smile program, a volunteer initiative to provide dental screenings, treatment and education at no charge to underserved children. Give Kids A Smile kicks off the first Friday in February to coincide with National Children’s Dental Health Month. This year, the date is Feb. 7; however, GKAS programs can take place throughout the year.
