Navigating Challenges in Dental Practices: Patient Conflict, Mental Health and Workplace Violence Prevention

This 90-minute virtual membership meeting will address some of the more timely issues facing dental practices, including managing patient conflict, creating psychological safety and support for mental health challenges and resources for workplace violence prevention. 

Key areas specific to dental practice safety will be covered:

• Common scenarios related to patient and staff conflict and appropriate interventions.
• Mental health and wellness support and resources available through the CDA Foundation Wellness Program.
• Creating a workplace violence prevention plan in compliance with new legislation.
