CDA, The Dentists Insurance Company and the CDA Foundation will be closed Thursday, Dec. 24, through New Year’s Day. The offices will reopen Monday, Jan. 4, 2021. To offset the closure, CDA and its subsidiaries were open for business on certain federal holidays throughout the year.

All websites and online payment processing functions will be available during the week of closure except for TDIC and TDIC Insurance Solutions. TDIC payments received after Wednesday, Dec. 23, will not be formally processed until Jan. 4. During the closure, insurance coverage cannot be added, changed or bound.

COVID-19-related FAQ, training and other resources for dentists and their staff are available in CDA’s Back to Practice Center. Timely news and other important updates can be found in the CDA newsroom.

Members who wish to make an end-of-year donation to the Foundation, which supports the dental profession in its efforts to meet underserved communities, can make an individual one-time donation online or may choose one of several other ways to give. Mailed donations must be postmarked by Dec. 31 and faxed donations received by Dec. 31 in order for them to be claimed in the 2020 tax year.

CDA, TDIC and Foundation staff wish all CDA members and their families a healthy and joyful holiday season.
