Required Poster Set
As a benefit of membership, CDA develops and distributes dental specific sets of required postings for dental offices. These easy-to-display poster sets contain the specific health, safety and employee rights information required by state and federal agencies.
Next Updated Poster Set: Spring 2027
A new, updated poster set will be available in Spring 2027. CDA regularly reviews federal and state requirements to ensure members receive accurate, up-to-date notices when released. Please see below for new notices released since 2025 printing.
2025-2026 Poster Set Distribution
The current poster set (2025-2026) was mailed to member practice owners at no charge in April 2025, using the preferred address on file.
Members with more than one practice location may purchase additional poster sets at the CDA member price of $30 each (shipping included) through the CDA Store. Nonmembers may purchase poster sets for $75 each (shipping included).
The following new notices have been released since the print date of the 2025-2026 poster set. Download and print the postings listed below for use with your current set.
- Health Care Worker Supplemental Minimum Wage Updated July 2025 – June 2026
- Safety and Health Protection on the Job Updated July 2025
- Employers must provide the following information to new employees upon hire, annually, at any time upon request, and any time an employee informs you that they or their family member is a victim: Survivors of Violence’s Right to Leave and Accommodation Notice Released December 2025
- California Minimum Wage MW-2026 Effective January 2026
- California Workplace – Know Your Rights Released January 1, 2026: On or before February 1, 2026, and each year after that, an employer must provide each employee a required workplace rights notice. The notice will be updated annually. The notice currently is available in English and Spanish, and soon will be available in additional languages.
If you are a practice owner and want to obtain a set for your primary location:
- CDA automatically mails one set at no cost to each member who has confirmed practice ownership in their cda.org profile.
- Be sure to check that your cda.org profile reflects current ownership status, practice details and preferred mailing address.
To order additional poster sets at the CDA member price of $30 each (shipping included), please visit the CDA Store.
You can expect to receive your free set within three to six weeks of confirming practice ownership or placing an order for additional sets. You will receive an email from CDA once your poster set has shipped.
A new poster set for 2027-2028 will be available Spring 2027.
Once received, be sure to follow the enclosed instructions to meet compliance requirements.
