To protect the health of volunteers and patients, CDA Cares events have been postponed until safe to reschedule. The CDA Foundation’s dentist-led board continues to pursue new ways to support the oral health of all Californians during this time. Stay connected to our CDA Cares Facebook group and watch for email updates about new programs and ways to participate.
With an estimated 5.2 million Californians having no dental insurance, private or public, there’s a great need to shine the light on access to care and reach out to communities most in need. The California Dental Association and CDA Foundation host CDA Cares, a program that allows volunteer dentists, with the assistance of other dental professionals and community volunteers, to provide dental services at no charge to an average of 1,950 people at each event.
CDA Cares exemplifies the best parts of dentistry, but we can’t do it alone. Your gift, at any level of support, will change lives at CDA Cares.
If you are interested in seeking care at one of our CDA Cares events, please complete this form.
IMPORTANT NOTICECDA Cares is providing this online form for the convenience of potential patients who desire to attend a CDA Cares clinic. By providing your contact information and details of your dental concerns, CDA Cares will be better able to contact you should a CDA Cares clinic occur within your geographical area. Please be advised that we do not guarantee that a CDA Cares clinic will be held in your geographical area, or that if such a clinic is held, that CDA Cares volunteers will be able to provide you with all the dental care you need, as not all possible dental procedures are available and care is only provided during the scheduled event days.
