DESCRIPTION:Award-winning educator and multi-practice owner\, Amrita Patel\, DDS\, FICD\, FPFA and Lisa Greer\, Dental Benefits Analyst with the California Dental Association will speak on Demystifying Dental Benefit Plans for Associate Dentists. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDr. Amrita Patel is a general dentist in private practice in Westchester County New York\, a faculty member at the University of South Dakota\, and a nationally recognized speaker. From 2018-2020\, she chaired the New Dentist Committee of the New York State Dental Association and was the recipient of the American Dental Association 10 Under 10 Award in 2021. Dr Patel is the leadership columnist for the Academy of General Dentistry’s Impact magazine and writes a recurring column for Dental Economics.\n\n\n\nLisa specializes in several aspects of dentistry\, including working with dental benefit plans\, dental billing\, accounts receivable\, community marketing\, human resources\, practice management and regulatory compliance. As a Practice Analyst\, she brings more than 20 years of dental industry experience to CDA\, including having served as a regional collections specialist for a dental support organization that supported 70-plus California offices.
