    CDA Senior Transition Promotion Offer begins at 12:01 a.m. PST on 4/1/2023 and ends on 11:59 p.m. PST on 4/18/2023 (the “Promotion Period”). During the Promotion Period, the first 150 graduating (Class of 2023) California Dental Association (“CDA”) student members attending Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC (“USC”) who submit a completed 2023 CDA student application will receive a $10.00 Starbucks gift card (the “Promotion”).  The Promotion is open to all Class of 2023 student members of USC who submit a CDA student application during the Promotion Period.  Once an eligible member has successfully submitted an application, the gift card will be distributed via email by 4/30/23 and sent to the contact email address according to the member’s cda.org account, while supplies last.
