Once ready, click the My Account link in the top right corner of CDA’s home page cda.org or use this link. You’ll see Don’t have an account? and a link to Sign up now. Click the link and follow the prompts to create a new account. Here’s how it works:
Your primary email address is the one that’s associated with your CDA membership and will also be your user ID. We’ll send a verification code to that email. You’ll then enter your name and choose a secure password.
Separately, you’ll enter your phone number so that multifactor authentication (MFA) can be used when needed to protect your account. Next, you’ll complete a one-time verification of your account to ensure secure access to your information.
Once set up, you can sign in any time to access your member account. You’ll then be able to use the same credentials to access member-only online resources, CDA’s course catalog and your policyholder account for TDIC if you have one.
If you have an email address (user ID) and password to access Online Learning, access to member-only resources on cda.org or your policyholder account for TDIC, you can use those same credentials to sign in to My Account on cda.org.
If you’ve only signed in to the site to access your member profile, statements or payments in the past, you’ll need to create a new account. The good news is that this new account will streamline your access across CDA and TDIC resources.
We’re committed to keeping your information safe and secure. Multifactor authentication provides an extra level of protection, as it requires those who are signing in to identify themselves by more than an email and password.
Single sign-on streamlines online access. For CDA members, this means only having to remember one email and password and being able to use those same credentials to access their membership information in My Account, our Online Learning course catalog, member-only resources and even their TDIC account. Tip: Click Keep me signed in to make it even easier.
