30-60-90 Day Performance Evaluation

Studies show employee retention increases when employers invest in the initial first months of employment. Doing reviews at the first 30, 60, and 90 days of an employee's tenure with a practice is a great way to provide them with feedback on their performance, and it offers them the opportunity to tell you what is going well and where they need help. Establishing a team of strong performers plan takes a lot of effort and communication and gives employees a chance to learn and grow. If an employee has recurring performance issues, work with them on a performance improvement plan (PIP).
