CDA in April 2019 launched a simple process for members to report dental benefits-related issues and questions on topics ranging from quality-assurance audits to filing appeals. The online submission form makes it easier for dentists or their staff member to quickly contact an expert for assistance and submit their issues 24/7.

To date, CDA Practice Support has assisted nearly 3,900 members with dental benefit questions and issues using the online submission form.

Do you have a question about a dental benefit issue? You too can receive timely assistance from a CDA Practice Support expert. Simply submit your question online using the submission form available within your account. Visit My Account, click the link for Dental Benefits Issue Submission and follow the prompts.
