Required Notice: Covered employers are required to post and distribute (remote employees) the notice to employees before February 19, 2022.
Employees who work for employers of 26 or more employees are entitled to up to 80 hours of COVID-19 related sick leave. Retroactively from January 1, 2022 to September 30, 2022. Employers must begin compliance by February 19, 2022.
