Physical Wellness

Physical and mental well-being are ever important during this crisis. Experts recommend 60 minutes of exercise a day, even if it is not all at once. A few ways to start small include:

  • Standing up every hour.
  • Making time for stretch breaks.
  • Taking short walks when you can.
