Hazard Communication Plan

This is a sample plan that you can customize to describe how your practice communicates to employees regarding workplace hazards. If you have employees, you must have this plan. This sample plan was updated to incorporate changes required by the 2012 amendments to the Hazard Communication regulation. This resource is part of the CDA Regulatory Compliance Manual. Reviewed October 2016.

If possible, print this plan on a color printer.*All employees must be trained by December 1, 2013 on how to read and use the new labels and safety data sheets.
