The Dentists Insurance Company’s website has more than a fresh new look. It’s also now faster and easier to manage your policies when and how you prefer.

Online account access is now available for TDIC policyholders. Just follow these five quick tips to set up your account today, then access it online at any time.

1.Get set up.

Click the Register button under My Account to get started and use your primary email address as your user ID. Be sure to have your ADA number, one of your TDIC invoices and the ZIP code associated with your account handy. Follow the prompts to verify and protect your account. Once set up, sign in any time with your email and password.

Quick tip: Even if you have multiple policies, you only need one of the numbers to access them all.

2. Pay bills.

Make a one-time payment or enroll in autopay and enjoy the convenience of direct debits monthly for any or all of your policy premiums. Just select Billing in the top menu, and within your Billing Summary, set up automatic payments or change your payment plan.

Quick tip: For payment flexibility, each policy's plan is managed separately.

3. Go paperless.

After signing in, you’ll see your policies listed on the Account Summary dashboard. Click the policy number and then click Edit Policy Profile. Next, select Paperless Preference, follow the prompts and select Yes for Paperless Preferred.

Quick tip: Each policy's document preference is managed separately. By going paperless, most notices will be delivered electronically, including autopay invoices.

4. Add an authorized user.

As the accountholder, you can add your office manager or other user who you authorize to access TDIC policies on your behalf. For your security, the authorized user can perform limited transactions and access only certain policy and billing information. For example, the user can complete credit card payments but cannot change the payment plan.

Quick tip: If there are staffing or responsibility changes at your practice and you need to revoke authorized user access, be sure to remove them promptly within your account.

5. Explore even more.

Within your online account, you can update your profile, download policy documents, request policy changes and file and track claims. You also have access to policyholder-only risk management resources, like a full library of forms, guides and templates.

Your TDIC account could be just a few clicks away. Learn more about online account access
