Fall is a time for change. Just as you sweep the falling leaves from your walkway, occasionally you need to tend to your practice’s changing financial needs. Each quarter, CDA publishes a Practice Health Check focusing on a different topic related to the business side of dentistry. Evaluating dental benefit plan fees, costs and billing tools is the focus during the fourth quarter of 2022.

CDA members are invited to take the Q4 Practice Health Check consisting of just three questions:

  1. Are your practice fees updated?
  1. How do I evaluate the true cost of dental plan network participation to my practice?
  1. What tools are helpful to ensure proper billing in 2023?

For guidance on an annual review of procedure fees, analyzing the true cost of contracting with dental benefit plans and the most useful tools for billing, start the Practice Health Check now and follow the links to additional CDA resources to help you comply.

CDA launched the quarterly Practice Health Check in 2021. Members can review all Practice Health Checks online.
