CDA Journal explores dental benefit plan challenges faced by dental profession

Sacramento, Calif. – The July 2022 issue of the Journal of the California Dental Association explores the challenges dentists encounter with dental benefit plans and reimbursement. Articles discuss commercial plans, the Medi-Cal Dental Program, the need for dental benefits in Medicare and coding and reimbursement for teledentistry.

“Challenges related to dental benefit plan reimbursement are at the top of the list of concerns for dentists,” said Kerry K.
