Event Details

  • Once you’re there, take some fun photos to post with #cdaPresents and #cdaproud.
  • Download the new CDA Presents app for a guide to the convention, interactive maps, and live updates

How is CDA keeping the in-person event safe?

  • Proof of vaccination will be required of all attendees upon entry to the building. Self-attestation of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test are no longer options for attending large indoor events in San Francisco.
  • Masks are required at all times during the convention, unless actively eating or drinking.
  • Social distancing efforts are in place. All meeting rooms will be set up to properly accommodate distancing, which means that space is limited. This fall, advance registration is needed for in-person courses, whether offered for free or for a fee. Explore the schedule and select your courses now.
  • Hygiene efforts are in place, such as hand sanitizer available and prominent throughout the convention center and the cleaning of high touch-point areas throughout the day and each evening.
  • Self-serve registration and badge pickup offers a new, touchless experience. Be sure to have your registration confirmation ready to scan at one of the distanced scanners to obtain your badge.
