In light of the latest public health guidance related to COVID-19 and large events in our state, the difficult decision has been made to cancel CDA Presents The Art and Science of Dentistry in San Francisco this September.
The health and safety of our greater dental community is always the highest priority, and this decision was not made lightly. As an association that’s deeply engaged in supporting members and the greater dental community throughout the pandemic, our programs continue to transform to adapt to the current environment’s limitations while meeting dentists’ changing needs.
Instead of disappointment at this change of plans, we’re excited to pursue innovative learning opportunities.
Exhibitors have a few choices for how they’d like booth fees to be refunded or credited:
Request to have all booth fees refunded by CDA within 60 days (issued in the original form of payment or by check if previous credit was applied);
Apply San Francisco 2020 booth fees to an Anaheim 2021 booth; or
Apply San Francisco 2020 booth fees to a San Francisco 2021 booth; or
Apply credit toward advertising opportunities at our fall 2020 virtual event.
How exhibitors can facilitate a refund or credit
