The Associate Account Manager supports CDA members and TDIC policyholders by assessing insurance needs and making recommendations for products, bundles and coverages. Associate Account Managers are regarded as having high levels of product knowledge and delivering valuable expertise and recommendations based on client needs and assume an associate position until they have mastered TDICIS process and procedures and demonstrate the ability to be an Account Manager and become responsible for a territory. An Associate Account Manager will float between territories to assist other Account Managers and Insurance Advisors.
