The CDA Practice Support Center is hosting a webinar titled Bad Review? … What to Do! on Jan. 24 from noon to 1 p.m.
The webinar will provide participants with information on how to handle a negative review.
Carla Christensen, TDIC Service Manager, will lead a presentation of case examples and communication tools. Dentists and staff can learn how to enhance patient relationships, maintain confidentiality and diffuse patient complaints.
Christensen has spoken nationally on the topic at seminars and at dental schools and has advised dentists in the areas of professional and employment liability and property risk management.
