Also included are details about the upcoming CDA Cares Solano clinic in November.

 

August 2014

The August 2014 issue of the CDA Update includes details on the "No on 46" campaign, a campaign CDA is a part of that aims to defeat Proposition 46, which would quadruple the cap on non-economic damages under the Medical Injury Compensation Reform Act (MICRA). July 2014

The July 2014 issue of the CDA Update includes details on the establishment of a state dental director position, a significant win for oral health. Specifically, the issue has a two-page photo spread from the CDA Cares Solano dental clinic and a recap of all of the events at CDA Presents in Anaheim.

 

May 2014

The May 2014 issue of the CDA Update includes the latest news on CDA's sponsored bill that targets low-value dental plans. The issue also has information on a state dental director being included in the governor's budget update. Also highlighted are the new product launches taking place at CDA Presents.

 

April 2014

The April 2014 issue of the CDA Update offers dentists tips on ways in which they can boost their star rating on Yelp. The issue also provides a glimpse into how dentists can "empower" their staff by taking them to CDA Presents The Art and Science of Dentistry in Anaheim in May.

 

March 2014

The March 2014 issue of the CDA Update highlights the top speakers to be featured at CDA Presents the Art and Science of Dentistry in May. Also in this issue is the latest on the implementation of the Affordable Care Act and Covered California's efforts to plan for expanded dental benefit offerings in 2015.

 

February 2014

The February 2014 issue of the CDA Update includes information on how dentists can use Yelp to their advantage for marketing purposes. Also in this issue is an interview with Jim Wood, DDS, who is running for the 2nd Assembly District. If elected, he would become the only dentist in the state Legislature.

 

January 2014

The January 2014 issue of the CDA Update includes information on what dentists need to know about the Affordable Care Act. Also in this issue are the patient numbers from CDA Cares San Diego and a complete photo spread from the program held at the Del Mar Fairgrounds on Dec. 7-8.
