For those dentists who want to build their business skills and confidence, as well as improve practice profitability when dealing with dental plans, there is still time to register for CDA’s Dental Benefits Workshop.
To allow members to take advantage of this opportunity, the deadline to register for the Smart Dentist program has been extended to Nov. 15.
The Dental Benefits Workshop will provide participants the opportunity to earn C.E. credits during a two-day, in-person seminar held at the CDA headquarters in Sacramento. The CDA Practice Support Center is hosting the seminar on March 20-21, 2014.
Through this hands-on workshop, attendees will learn how to analyze and evaluate existing dental plan contract performance in their practice. They will also learn the differences between plan types and how to abate their influence, improve payment turnaround by minimizing claim denials and develop messaging for educating patients regarding their dental benefits.
