Let’s get this going. The first step is to answer a few short questions about your practice or take the practice assessment. Then, a CDA Practice Advisor will analyze the results and contact you to discuss and share recommendations. It could be as simple as Practice Support guidance with related resources and/or contact with an analyst or working with CDA Practice Advising.
If Practice Advising is the best path for the success of your practice, you’ll be guided through the program by our team with milestones each month.
We’ll help you to develop your vision statement and together we’ll create a customized action plan that we’ll review and modify together during your first in-office visit.
But don’t think that first office visit is our last. We’ll work with you and your team in your office six more times over the next year and have one-hour follow-up phone calls monthly. Additionally, your skills will be enhanced through quarterly workshops on:
• Treatment Planning, Scheduling & Patient Communication
• Financial Policy & Case Presentation
• Human Resources & Regulatory Compliance
