CDA Fall Session

The California Dental Association’s Scientific Session is illustriously known for its hosts along with outstanding hospitality.  Hosts play a pivotal role in assuring our speakers are taken care of upon their arrival, during their presentation, and through their departure. We greatly appreciate hosts time and effort as it contributes significantly to the success of our programs. 

As a host volunteering for a minimum of 5 hours, you receive up to 2 (two) complimentary tickets to the Membership Party (if requested on the VIP registration form), complimentary lunch only on the day you are assigned to host, access to the VIP Lounge during the entire session and hospitality at the Sessions Suite. Also , you will receive a formal invitation to the President's Reception, scheduled for Saturday, September 13.

  • Information & Registration
    Once the board has approved your hosting assignment, you will receive your hosting confirmation via mail. As soon as you receive your information, the speaker host will need to contact the speaker. Please complete the VIP form attached to the e-mail and fax to 916.554.5937 to confirm your assignment. You may pick-up your registration package at Speaker/Host Registration on the mezzanine level of the Moscone South Convention Center near room 200.
