Meeting Minutes
Mission Statement
To serve as a member of the managing fiduciary body of CDA Holding Company, Inc. (CDAHCI), vested with the purpose of holding the shares of each of the subsidiary companies, elects the subsidiary boards of directors and receiving dividends. CDAHCI shall establish policies and procedures for the administration of CDAHCI and the subsidiary companies.
Time Requirements
Participation in the following meetings is expected:
- Board meeting held on weekdays.
- Occasional conference calls required to conduct business in between board meetings.
Composition and Terms of Office
The board of directors of CDAHCI shall be composed of four members: the executive director, president and treasurer of this association, and a trustee who does not serve on a subsidiary board. The executive director will act as chair. One-year term with eligibility to serve a maximum of six years, in addition to any portion of a term appointed to by the board.
