Board of Trustees
The board is comprised of 52 members, 43 of which are trustees representing the 32 component societies, and nine of which are the officers and ex officio members of the Executive Committee. The board conducts CDA business within policies set by the House of Delegates; together they govern the association. The president of the association is the chair of the board.
