2012 Regional Leadership Training

The Regional Leadership Trainings were held in three locations across the state in March 2012. Course Handouts Create a Culture of Engagement Energize Your Team Empower Your Team Plan as Partners Idea Folder CEO Transition Plan Leadership Transition Plan During the Energize Your Team session, participants were asked to brainstorm ideas for implementing the 5 best practices as identified in The Leadership Challenge by James Kouzes and Barry Posner.
