Patient records are one of the most important tools for delivering continuous, consistent patient care. Thorough records promote positive relationships with patients and are vital for supporting diagnostic and treatment decisions. In addition, the quality of patient charts often impacts case outcomes. Using actual case examples, this seminar explores important aspects of proper recordkeeping and provides practical methods to document and maintain records to protect both your patients and your practice.
